Ebay!
Well I am just going to take a second to say that I am very weary of the whole eBay thing now.
I have found, vigorously bid on, and paid for a set of OEM VW wheels to make my Jetta look great. They have not arrived and this guy has admitted to the fact that he has not sent them yet. He also has a new listing on eBay of those very same wheels.
Ya I can't believe the audacity of this guy either!
I will take this to the full extent that is needed for me to gain possession of these wheels. Hopefully as a byproduct to this endeavor I will be able to provide this guy with some correction.
I hate people that take the time to try and make others lives more difficult.... This will turn out fine, because I have set up everything according to the "no screwed buying techniques". Once this is over I will let you all in on way to ensure you are not screwed with.

I think I found the way to make Flash Float!!
Hell ya! I found it.
First some links that I found ont he way to the "holy grail".
This page called MaxPC is a european site that seems to have nice tutorials on all sorts of things that web developers could end up using. Check it out!
Then I found this page outlining how to make a floating menu using DHTML and JAVASCRIPT. I have seen this many different places but it finally clicked that I could stick a *.swf file in as the content of the menu make the menu and the Flash transparent and wala! Problem fixed. Floating Flash AD. That is not what I am going to use it for but it is the means for what I want to do. The page is in DynamicDrive.
This page covers how to place a picture in HTML and have java move it around randomly. I think that both of these together will help me achieve my floating cubert. The page is once again in DynamicDrive.
