The Q is back!

Well he's back home! Wrapped in thick gauze and a tightly wrapped ace bandage, nicely decorated by his very kind caregivers :) That cage behind him will be his home for the next 12 weeks, he already hates it. I guess i am being a bad boy by letting him out but i am as bored as he. I keep a constant eye on him to make sure that he doesnt blow all the money we spent on this miracle surgery with one swift move. This has not been a hard job yet but i am sure that the longer he stays couped in a cage in an apt the situation will start to get him all riled up.

Broken Quinlan?

Yes, this is exactly as it looks! My little buddy Quinlan did break his arm. That crazy-Q. Here he is laying in the back of my jetta on the way to the Cornell Animal Hospital. He was not very happy laying still in the back of the car with all sorts of sights rolling by, he could not put aside his intrigue even though he was in a high level of pain.
I tell you he has gotten himself in many predicaments throughout his life and come out unscathed. but this time while playing out in his grandpa's yard it seems this little guy dislocated his elbow and proceeded to splinter his humerus. Not much fun to end up in the hospital on your sixth birthday. :(
